How was your participation in NOVOMATIC Smartweek?
Excellent, firstly I must say the NOVOMATIC Team organize a perfect Smartweek! We had some great interactions with NOVOMATIC staff and customers during the event and we had the chance to present our Ticket2Go™ solution and answer questions from clients in real time which was of great value to us. Everything was coordinated really well and ran smoothly.
What did you think of the event and what conclusions can you draw?
The current situation as we are still coming out of the lockdowns caused by COVID-19 still makes face to face meetings difficult – especially with international clients and colleagues. Therefore, the NOVOMATIC Smartweek is a very good alternative. Thanks to this event, we met a lot of people and did some business. My conclusion is that the NOVOMATIC Smartweek was a perfect tool to meet customers and exchange some views and learn about some interesting new products and services.
Do you find advantages in face-to-face events? Do you think they will continue to exist when the risk of the pandemic ends?
Personally, I prefer to meet customers face to face as I feel I can build a stronger relationship that way but NOVOMATIC Smartweek provided an excellent alternative which was the perfect solution for the current situation – to meet people, show products and chat! I hope that in the near future we will be able to resume face to face meetings and trade shows in real life once it is safe to do so.
